We managed the general rebrand of Uniigym and served as Brand director for the company.
With brand new design guidelines for the team, investment deck built and custom brand video created, Uniigym was able to secure their pre-A round of investment and launch their partnership with a major cable provider in Taiwan.
To create a user-friendly Brand that could work for both Asian and European market.
To build a Brand Architecture that would allow Uniigym (a startup) to grow and have the flexibility to pivot if necessary.

Before any project begins we highlight goals, and communicate what our clients deem as must-haves. With long-term growth front of mind we worked to determine what ways the Uniigym brand could feel more structured and coherent in order to attract clients upon release as well as potential investor. We worked on answering a few questions every new Some of the questions we touched on were :
What are the CONTRIBUTIONS and IMPACTS the brand is hoping to produce?
Who are they trying to REACH?
What are the QUALITIES and BENEFITS of their brands?
What is their Brand's VOICE? How do they communicate?
Etc
One by one, those questions were answered, creating a general brand positioning for Uniigym. These steps were crucial to get right before starting the execution process. It allowed our team to create strong foundations for the brand and make sure any design produced respected that core foundation.
